SawalAI ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
1. Information you give us
- Account: when you create an account we store your name, email and a hashed password — currently in your own browser (localStorage), so it never leaves your device.
- Orders: when you order proxies or RDP, we receive your name, email, WhatsApp number and order details so we can confirm and deliver your order.
- Contact & newsletter: messages and email addresses you send us via forms.
2. Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand visits in aggregate (pages viewed, device type, country). Google may set cookies for this. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
3. AI chat, pictures & videos
Your questions and prompts are sent to our AI providers (Google Gemini for chat, Pollinations for pictures) to generate responses. Do not enter sensitive personal information — we cannot control how third-party AI providers process prompts.
4. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies / local storage entries: your theme choice, cookie-consent choice, login session and order history on your device, plus Google Analytics cookies. You can clear them anytime in your browser settings.
5. Data sharing
We share order details only with the payment/fulfilment steps needed to deliver your proxies or RDP. We never sell your data.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to correct or delete the personal data you sent us (orders, contact messages, newsletter email) by writing to cyrilmp4665@gmail.com. Data stored only in your browser can be deleted by clearing site data.
7. Children
SawalAI is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13, please use the site with a parent or guardian.
